19th Meeting of the ASEAN-Japan Joint-Cooperation Committee Working Group

The 19th Meeting of the ASEAN-Japan Joint Cooperation Committee Working Group (AJJCC-WG) was held today at the ASEAN Secretariat. Co-chaired by Singapore and Japan, the meeting saw participation from representatives of ASEAN Member States, Timor-Leste, the ASEAN Secretariat, JICA, and the JAIF Management Team (JMT).

Discussions focused on crucial aspects of cooperation, including follow-up on the ASEAN-Japan Joint Vision Statement and updates on the Japan-ASEAN Integration Fund (JAIF). The meeting underscored Japan’s continued commitment to various initiatives and acknowledged the strong partnership.
