JMT participates in the training in project management for CLMV officers
NAY PYI TAW, 12-14 August 2019 – The training aims to enhance the skills of officers from Cambodia, Lao PDR, Myanmar, and Viet Nam (CLMV) in project cycle management as well as in developing ASEAN Cooperation Projects. It was jointly organised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Myanmar, Permanent Mission of Myanmar to ASEAN, the ASEAN Secretariat, the JAIF Management Team (JMT), and the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) of the Philippines. The JMT presented an overview of JAIF, including its financial disbursement and reporting systems. The three-day training was participated by 56 participants from various ministries of CLMV.
The training was designed to support the implementation of the Initiative for ASEAN Integration (IAI) Work Plan III and was supported by the Government of Japan through the Japan-ASEAN Integration Fund.
JMT Programme Coordinator Zin Aung Swe presented on financial disbursement and reporting systems.
