14th Meeting of the ASEAN-Japan Joint Cooperation Committee Working Group (AJJCC-WG)

JAKARTA, 26 February 2020 – As part of its regular reporting mechanism, the JAIF Management Team (JMT) attended the 14th Meeting of the ASEAN-Japan Joint Cooperation Committee Working Group (AJJCC-WG) on 26 February 2020 at the ASEAN Secretariat (ASEC) where JMT presented the status of JAIF and its supported projects in year 2019, including JMT activities. The highlights of the JMT’s presentation were the revision to the JAIF Handbook and the development of Compact Version of JAIF Handbook (which later obtained acknowledgement from the AJJCC Meeting on 11 March 2020). Furthermore, the Meeting extended its appreciation to JAIF for the additional contribution of JAIF2.0 and noted JMT’s effort to strengthening the visibility of Japan-ASEAN Cooperation through the revision on JAIF logo and requesting JAIF stakeholders’ initiative in communicating contributions of JAIF in the form of publicity.
