Coordination Meeting of the Second Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) Implementation Plan Training in ASEAN (GIPTA 2.0)

The Coordination Meeting of the Second GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) Implementation Plan Training in ASEAN (GIPTA 2.0) was held on 1 April 2024. The meeting was attended by the delegates from the Japan Radio Air Navigation Systems Association (JRANSA), ASEC Transport Division, the Mission of Japan to ASEAN (MoJ), and the JAIF Management Team (JMT).

The kick-off meeting focused on the upcoming GNSS Symposium scheduled for August in Manila, Philippines. This will be followed by a series of workshops held throughout ASEAN Member States and Japan during the GIPTA 2.0 implementation period.

The Government of Japan through JAIF has supported GIPTA project since its inception in 2020.
