JMT Discusses with JAIF Stakeholders on Information Sector in the Philippines

JAKARTA, 5 May 2020 – The JAIF Management Team (JMT) organised a meeting with proponent and implementing agencies in the Philippines for the purpose of JMT Monitoring Visit. Due to Covid-19 Pandemic that restrict travels, the interview were conducted remotely over video conference on 5 May 2020. The meeting was convened to understand relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability and likely impact of JAIF-supported projects in support of Information.

The meeting provided the opportunity for JMT to capture lesson learned and good practices of the two (2) projects. It also enabled to form closer network with representatives from Philippine Information Agency (PIA), People’s Television Network (PTV-4) as well as Culture and Information Division of ASEAN Secretariat.
