JMT Monitoring Visit with Senior Officials Meeting on Transnational Crime (SOMTC), Brunei Darussalam and CSIS
JAKARTA, 16 July 2019 – JAIF Management Team (JMT) met with representatives from the Senior Officials Meeting on Transnational Crime (SOMTC), Brunei Darussalam and Centre for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) as JMT continues its efforts to collect relevant information on transnational crimes (TC)-related projects. The team took the opportunity to meet both proponent and implementing agency before their final coordination meeting in Jakarta.
The meeting provided insights on the overall effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability, and relevance of TC projects supported by JAIF and how project-level outputs contribute to the overall goals of ASEAN integration and community building and enhancing ASEAN-Japan cooperation.
