JMT participates in the 1st Project Steering Committee Meeting of Myanmar Government Local Capacity Project

NAY PYI TAW, 4 March 2020 – The 1st Project Steering Committee (PSC) Meeting of “Enhancing the Readiness of Myanmar Government Local Capacity in Providing Humanitarian Assistance to Support the Repatriation Process” was held on 4 March 2020 at the Department of Disaster Management (DDM) Office, Nay Pyi Taw, Myanmar.

The Meeting was chaired by Myanmar, attended by representatives from the Mission of Japan to ASEAN, ASEAN Secretariat (ASEC), the AHA Centre and Japan-ASEAN Integration Fund (JAIF) Management Team. The newly-recruited National Project Manager also joined the said meeting. The AHA Centre provided secretariat support to the meeting through the Project funded by JAIF.

JMT provided the technical support to the meeting.
