JMT Welcomes the Visit of Mr. CHUJO Kazuo, Minister/Deputy Head of the Mission of Japan to ASEAN

JAKARTA, 3 November 2023 – The JAIF Management Team (JMT) was pleased to welcome Mr. CHUJO Kazuo, the new Minister/Deputy Head of the Mission of Japan to ASEAN, following his visit to the ASEAN Secretariat. In the meeting with JMT, Mr. CHUJO was briefed on the overall mandates and objectives of JAIF and the roles of JMT in facilitating the process of formulating and managing ASEAN cooperation projects funded by JAIF.  The meeting also provided a good opportunity for Mr. CHUJO and the JMT staff to introduce themselves to each other on the onset of taking on his critically important duties to further accelerate the ASEAN-Japan friendship and cooperation.
