The 1st PSC Meeting for the Disaster Risk Reduction by Integrating Climate Change Projection into Flood and Landslide Risk Assessment Project
BANGKOK, 6 February 2019 – Following its approved implementation arrangement, the project Disaster Risk Reduction by Integrating Climate Change Projection into Flood and Landslide Risk Assessment held its first Project Steering Committee (PSC) meeting on 6 February 2019 in Bangkok, Thailand. As the project’s implementing agency, the Institute for Global Environmental Strategies (IGES) provided secretariat support for the meeting.
The JAIF Management Team (JMT) participated at the meeting to provide the required technical inputs and clarifications for a JAIF supported project. The meeting provided updates on the project’s progress, including decisions that required approval from the PSC.
