14th Consultation Meeting of the Initiative for ASEAN Integration (IAI) Task Force – ASEAN Partners

The 14th Consultation Meeting of the Initiative for ASEAN Integration (IAI) Task Force – ASEAN Partners took place on 29 August at the ASEAN Secretariat. Key takeaways: 67% of the actions in the IAI Work Plan IV have been achieved, and 95 projects worth USD 19.79 million are implemented.

Japan has actively supported the IAI through initiatives such as the JAIF-funded IAI Attachment Program for CLMV and Timor-Leste Officers at the ASEAN Secretariat (2024-2025) and the Master’s Degree Programme for the IAI Attachment Program Graduates at the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (GRIPS).

ASEAN and its partners reaffirmed their dedication to strengthening regional integration and cooperation.
