4th Project Steering Committee (PSC) Meeting Disaster Emergency Logistics System for ASEAN (DELSA) Phase III Project

YANGON, 20 March 2025 – The Fourth Project Steering Committee Meeting for the Disaster Emergency Logistics System for ASEAN (DELSA) Phase IV was successfully held, bringing together 24 participants to discuss strategic directions for the continued implementation of the project.

The meeting was co-chaired by Malaysia, Myanmar, and Singapore, with representatives from the Mission of Japan to ASEAN and the JAIF Management Team (JMT) joining virtually.

This important initiative is supported by the Government of Japan through the ASEAN-Japan Integration Fund (JAIF), reaffirming the strong partnership in strengthening ASEAN’s disaster preparedness and emergency logistics capacity.
