Inception Meeting Profiling of Digital Literacy Readiness among ASEAN Member States (AMS) and Implementation of Digital Capability Building Approaches in Agriculture Sector

JAKARTA, 24 February 2025 – The Inception Meeting for the Profiling of Digital Literacy Readiness among ASEAN Member States (AMS) and Implementation of Digital Capability Building Approaches in Agriculture project was held on 24 February 2025 at the JAIF Management Team (JMT) office.

Supported by JAIF, this initiative aims to strengthen digital literacy in agriculture by assessing current literacy levels through surveys and workshops, paving the way for a more digitally inclusive sector.

Representatives from key stakeholders, including the Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs, PT Telkom Indonesia, Japan Telecommunications Engineering and Consulting Service (JTEC), the ASEAN Secretariat, the Mission of Japan to ASEAN (MOJ), and JMT, participated in the meeting. JMT presented key project elements and procedures, addressing inquiries from attendees.
