JMT Participation in AJCCBC Project Steering Committee Meetings in the Second Half of 2022

JAKARTA, 27 October 2022 – JMT Programme Coordinator Zin Aung Swe participated in the 8th to 10th Project Steering Committee (PSC) meetings for the ASEAN-Japan Cybersecurity Capacity Building Centre (Step 2-2) project, organised virtually from August to October 2022.

The ASEAN-Japan Cybersecurity Capacity Building Centre (AJCCBC) hosted the meetings, which were attended by PSC members, representatives from the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society (MDES) of Thailand, Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) of Japan, Embassy of Japan in Thailand, Mission of Japan to ASEAN, ASEAN Secretariat, Electronic Transactions Development Agency (ETDA), and the National Cyber Security Agency (NCSA).

The meeting updated the participants on the progress and achievements made by the project, preparation for upcoming activities, and a project evaluation. JMT also participated in the discussion and provided inputs to training participation guidelines.
