The 3rd PSC Meeting for the DELSA Phase II Project

SINGAPORE, 19 February 2019 – The third Project Steering Committee (PSC) Meeting for The Establishment of a Disaster Emergency Logistic System for ASEAN (DELSA) – Phase II: Satellite Warehouse project was held on 19 February 2019 in Singapore. Malaysia and Singapore co-chaired the meeting as Co-Chairs of the ASEAN Committee on Disaster Management (ACDM) Working Group on Preparedness and Response. The Meeting was also attended by Thailand and the Philippines as host countries of the two satellite warehouses. In addition, the meeting was attended by PSC members namely representatives from The ASEAN Coordinating Centre for Humanitarian Assistance on disaster management (the AHA Centre), ASEAN Secretariat, Mission of Japan to ASEAN, and JAIF Management Team (JMT).
