Confirmed Cooperation for the Realization of ASEAN Smart Cities

Japan’s Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism held the “2nd Japan-ASEAN Smart Cities Network High-Level Meeting” on December 16 to promote cooperation with the ASEAN Smart City Network (ASCN). The meeting was held in collaboration with the ministries. At the meeting, Japan’s smart city initiatives and support measures for smart cities in collaboration with each ministry were introduced. Japan-ASEAN will continue to aim for the realization of ASEAN smart cities.

The Promotion of the Cooperation between ASEAN Smart Cities Network (ASCN) and Japan by the 2nd High-Level Meeting in Japan is supported by the Government of Japan through Japan ASEAN Integration Fund (JAIF).
