JENESYS Alumni Online Event for Thailand and School Exchange with Tokyo University of Foreign Studies
JENESYS alumni online event for Thailand and school exchange with Tokyo University of Foreign Studies was held on 17 October 2021. Two JENESYS Alumni from Thailand gave presentations on their experience in the JENESYS program. Three Japanese students from Tokyo University of Foreign Studies also gave presentations on the difference between Japanese and Thai language, how Japanese people spend their New Year holidays, and the current social conditions in Japan. Then, the participants enjoyed talking about food in both countries, Japan’s tourist attractions, Japanese anime, etc. It is hoped that this exchange will deepen their mutual understanding and that they will be able to meet in person in the future.
This program is part of the Japan’s Friendship Ties Programs JENESYS2020 “Inbound, Outbound and Follow Up Project” supported by the Government of Japan through Japan-ASEAN Integration Fund (JAIF).
