Latest Trends in Thai Exports Practical Operations Seminar to be Held
Between Thailand and RCEP member countries, the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA), the Japan-Thailand Economic Partnership Agreement (JTEPA, hereinafter referred to as the “Japan-Thailand Agreement”), the ASEAN-Japan Comprehensive Economic Partnership (AJCEP) Agreement, and the ASEAN-Korea Free Trade Agreement (AKFTA), ASEAN-China Free Trade Agreement (ACFTA), ASEAN Australia-New Zealand Free Trade Agreement (AANZFTA) are in effect. The EPA utilization rate of Japanese companies in Thailand exceeds 80%, which is the highest level among ASEAN member countries, but with the entry into force of RCEP, any agreement will be used, including economic partnership agreements with China, South Korea, and Japan. Then, it is expected that the movement to further improve the utilization rate of the agreement can expected, such as which agreement is most beneficial to the company or whether it is necessary to review the optimal supply chain.
