Upgrading cybersecurity manpower skills to be ready to deal with ongoing online threats is another important strategy in the operation of Electronic Transactions Development Agency (ETDA), Thailand. In addition to having the Thailand Computer System Security Coordination Center (ThaiCERT), ETDA has been tasked to implement the ASEAN-Japan Cybersecurity Capacity Building Centre (AJCCBC) with a grant from Japan through Japan-ASEAN Integration Fund (JAIF) by continuously developing cybersecurity personnel of 10 ASEAN Member States. In addition, the Center has supported Cyber ​​SEA Game competition event that brings together new generation to enhance cybersecurity from all ASEAN countries.
