International Children’s Film Festival
The Japan International Cooperation Center (JICE) held Asian International Children’s Film Festival as a JENESYS2021 Japan-ASEAN-Timor-Leste Art Exchange on 8 – 18 March 2022.
The festival was held online, 14 countries and regions participated, and participants had a great cultural exchange. High school students from Brunei Darussalam and Malaysia participated in the exchange with Ueda High School in Nagano Prefecture in Japan, where they watched the films they had made and shared their impressions.
In the breakout room, participants talked about school events, after-school activities, and food recommendations from each country, making everyone wants to visit each country even more!
This program is part of the Japan’s Friendship Ties Programs JENESYS2021 “Inbound, Outbound and Follow Up Project” supported by the Government of Japan through Japan-ASEAN Integration Fund (JAIF).
