JENESYS Online Exchange Programme between Japan and Lao PDR

Judo club students from Tamanokonan High School (Okayama Prefecture) and high school and undergraduate students who belong to judo clubs in Lao PDR had an online exchange on 18 December 2021. The students from Tamanokonan High School demonstrated practical skills and various throwing techniques. The participants enjoyed sharing their judo experiences, favorite techniques, and regular practices. It is hoped that the Lao participants will come to Japan in the future and practice Judo with their Japanese counterparts.

This program is part of the Japan’s Friendship Ties Programs JENESYS2021 “Inbound, Outbound and Follow Up Project” supported by the Government of Japan through Japan-ASEAN Integration Fund (JAIF).
