The Third Project Steering Committee (PSC) Meeting for DELSA Phase III Project

BRUNEI DARUSSALAM, 6 March 2023 – The Third Project Steering Committee (PSC) meeting of Disaster Emergency Logistic System of ASEAN (DELSA) Phase III was attended physically by the co-chairs from Malaysia, Myanmar and Singapore, the Philippines and Thailand as the host countries of the DELSA Satellite Warehouses, Disaster Management and Humanitarian Assistance (DMHA) Division of the ASEAN Secretariat, the Mission of Japan to ASEAN, the ASEAN Coordinating Centre for Humanitarian Assistance on disaster management (the AHA Centre), and the JAIF Management Team (JMT).

The meeting discussed the progress of key activities and project implementation, including the delivery of relief items under DELSA Phase II and suggested options as well as the financial status of the DELSA Phase III. The meeting also updated the participants on the appraisal process of the DELSA Phase IV project proposal, and JMT also guided the AHA Centre team to prepare a project completion report as the project will end at the end of March 2023.
