JMT participates in the 2nd PSC meeting for the ICT Phase IV project

JAKARTA, 19 July 2019 – The second Project Steering Committee (PSC) Meeting for the “Establishment of an Integrated Information and Communication System to Strengthen the Operation of the ASEAN Coordinating Centre for Humanitarian Assistance on Disaster Management (AHA Centre) – Phase IV” was held on 19 July 2019 at the AHA Centre’s office in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Meeting was chaired by Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) as the Lead Shepherd Country and attended by representatives from the Mission of Japan to ASEAN, JAIF Management Team (JMT), the Disaster Management and Humanitarian Assistance (DMHA) Division of the ASEAN Secretariat, and the AHA Centre.

The meeting was updated on the project implementation plan of ICT Phase IV and the development of the ICT Roadmap, to serve as guidelines for ICT infrastructure and solutions for the AHA Centre and its network with the ASEAN Member States for 2025 and beyond.
