UNODC's Regional Programme Coordinator for Maritime Crime Made a Visit to JMT Office

On 29 April, representatives from the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) Indonesia and the Regional Office for Southeast Asia and the Pacific visited JMT to discuss a proposed collaboration aimed at boosting ASEAN-Japan cooperation on maritime security. The initiative seeks to strengthen the capacity of ASEAN coast guards and contribute to regional maritime safety and stability.

During the meeting, JMT also shared insights on the appraisal and approval process for ASEAN cooperation projects, helping establish a clear understanding of the follow-up actions to be taken.
