The ASEAN Mentorship for Entrepreneurs Network (AMEN) Project began the onboarding of prospective coaches representing the ten ASEAN Member States (AMS) with the training and workshop conducted by AMEN Consultants Virgilio Espeleta and Gaston Ortigas on March 2023. A total of 32 coaches from Brunei Darussalam, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Viet Nam, Cambodia and Myanmar actively participated in the sessions, which covered (1) understanding their role as coaches, (2) brushing up on the Business Model Canvas (BMC) as a tool for coaching, and (3) finalizing the Business Improvement Plans (BIPs) of the mentees.

The AMEN Project Phase 2 is implemented by the ASEAN Business Advisory Council together with the ASEAN Secretariat and the Government of Japan through the Japan-ASEAN Integration Fund (JAIF).
