The ASEAN Regional Workshop on Royalty Related Issues on Post Clearance Audit (PCA) with Japan was held in Yokohama, Japan, on November 5, 2024.

This workshop is a capacity building and cooperation program in the form of technical assistance in the field of Post Clearance Audit (PCA) by Japan to the ASEAN Customs Administration. All ASEAN Member States (AMS), including Indonesia, attended the workshop.

The main topic of the training was a discussion on issues in the PCA, especially practices regarding royalties, license fees, and transfer pricing according to international best practices presented by Japanese experts as well as a discussion of case studies presented through the Country Report of each AMS.

The ASEAN Regional Workshop on Royalty Related Issues on Post Clearance Audit (PCA) with Japan Customs is supported by the Government of Japan through JAIF.
