The AADMER Work Programme 2026–2030 sets a transformative agenda with five Priority Programmes (PP), 15 outcomes and 44 outputs (including 13 cross-sectoral outputs).

The AADMER Work Programme 2026-2030 will be implemented under an inclusive and comprehensive institutional structure. Guided by the ASEAN Ministerial Meeting on Disaster Management (AMMDM) and implemented by the ASEAN Committee on Disaster Management (ACDM), with supports from the ACDM Working Groups, the ASEAN Secretariat and the AHA Centre.

The implementation of the AADMER Work Programme 2026-2030 will be strengthened though inclusive finance and resource mobilisation, and effective formulation of activities, projects or programmes. This approach will ensure a coordinated and sustainable approach to regional disaster resilience.
