JICA Timor-Leste Technical Cooperation Mission Visit to JMT

JAKARTA, 11 February 2025 – JAIF Management Team (JMT) met with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of Timor-Leste, JICA Timor-Leste, and JICA Indonesia to discuss the ongoing Attachment Officer Programme supported by JAIF.

As part of JICA’s broader cooperation framework to support Timor-Leste’s accession to ASEAN, the initiative includes placements at the ASEAN Secretariat and other institutions in ASEAN Member States. It aims to promote regional integration and strengthen institutional capacity in preparation for ASEAN membership.
