VANG VIENG, 31 March 2026 - The 2nd Emergency Telecommunications Network (ETN) Workshop, which aims to enhance supply chain management for emergency response within ASEAN, was held from 31 March to 1 April 2026 in Vang Vieng, Lao PDR.

The workshop was jointly hosted by the AHA Centre and the Department of Social Welfare under the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare (MOLSW) of Lao PDR. The Programme Coordinator from the JAIF Management Team (JMT) delivered the opening remarks on behalf of the Mission of Japan to ASEAN.

Attended by ASEAN Member States (AMS) and partner organisations, the workshop was organised under the Disaster Emergency Logistics System for ASEAN (DELSA) Phase IV project, which is supported by the Government of Japan through the Japan-ASEAN Integration Fund (JAIF).
