The ASEAN Agreement on Disaster Management and Emergency Response (AADMER) is a binding agreement that promotes regional cooperation in disaster management among all ASEAN Member States.
The ASEAN Committee on Disaster Management (ACDM), established in 2003, oversees the AADMER Work Programme, which guides action across five priority programmes: Risk Assessment and Monitoring, Prevention and Mitigation, Preparedness and Response, Resilient Recovery, and Global Leadership.
