On Day 2 of the ACAI Side Meeting at Prince Mahidol Award Conference 2026 (PMAC2026), the conversation shifted from the "what" to the "how." While data and technology are the engines of an active ageing society, inter-regional and multi-stakeholder collaboration is the fuel.

The big question is "What are the practical steps for concerted efforts?"

The panel of leaders and experts emphasised the importance of connecting policy to practice, which requires mechanisms to ensure these collaborations are grounded in the real lives of ageing people in their communities.
