In the last ASEAN-ERAT Coffee Chat of the year, Vilaykham Lathsaath and Dam Thi Hoa, ASEAN-ERAT Members from Lao PDR and Viet Nam, shared about their successes and challenges in local capacity strengthening through the localisation of ASEAN-ERAT trainings.
