This virtual regional event on the Implementation of the ASEAN Guidelines on Promoting Responsible Investment in Food, Agriculture, and Forestry (ASEAN-RAI) gathered different stakeholders from the government, public sector, private sector, and civil society organisations to provide key updates on the progress on the ten year action plan of the ASEAN-RAI, feature initiatives such as the Alignment Assessment tool for ASEAN Member States, actions by companies that are embedding responsible practices engagement on attendees to provide feedback on existing activities and future directions.​

​Implementation of the ASEAN-RAI Guidelines is supported by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), and the Government of Japan through the Japan-ASEAN Integration Fund (JAIF). The organization of the regional event is also supported by the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture of Germany (BMEL).
