Explaining AADMER Result Framework Structure

The AADMER Work Programme 2026–2030 sets a transformative agenda with five Priority Programmes (PP), 15 outcomes and 44 outputs (including 13 cross-sectoral outputs).
- PP1 Risk Assessment, Monitoring, and Early Warning: Ensuring ASEAN understand its complex risk, anticipate, and deliver end-to-end multi hazard early warning systems.
- PP2 Prevention and Mitigation: Transforming ASEAN’s risk governance to delivering resilient societies, resilient economies, and resilient human settlement.
- PP3 Preparedness and Response: Continuously preparing ASEAN to deliver excellent emergency response within the region and ready to respond outside the region, in the spirit of “One ASEAN One Response.”
- PP4 Resilient Recovery: Establishing ASEAN as point of resilience for build back better recovery across the region.
- PP5 Global Leadership: Equipping ASEAN with knowledge foundation and human capital for exercising the region’s leadership at the global level on disaster management.
