On 5 July 2023, Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn interacted with the participants of the Special Youth Forum in a luncheon hosted by the Parliamentary Vice-Minister of Justice of Japan. They exchanged views on the participation and the roles of the ASEAN-Japan youth in shaping the future of ASEAN-Japan cooperation and partnership, in particular, in advancing the rule of law and justice.
