The ASEAN Magazine Issue No. 46: 20 Years of AADMER – ASEAN Vision for Global Leadership in Disaster Resilience celebrates two decades of regional cooperation in disaster management.

The issue reflects on ASEAN’s progress under the ASEAN Agreement on Disaster Management and Emergency Response (AADMER) and the region’s growing capacity to respond to increasingly frequent and intense disasters. It revisits key moments that shaped ASEAN’s collective resilience and features stories of preparedness, relief efforts, and recovery from across Member States.

It also sets the stage for the future, calling for stronger regional collaboration and a resilience agenda aligned with the ASEAN Community Vision 2045.
