JENESYS2019 Exchange program to promote understanding of Japan ASEAN Invitation Program (21st Batch) (Country: Indonesia, Theme: Exchange of Young Journalists: Indonesia)
From February 4 to February 11, 11 young Indonesian journalists will visit Japan as part of JENESYS2019.
After visiting the ASEAN-Japan Center, the National Diet Building, and TV Tokyo in Tokyo, the group will visit Fukushima Prefecture, and inspect local media and the Environmental Creation Center for efforts to recover from the Great East Japan Earthquake. They will learn the importance of communicating information quickly.
Through this program, it is hoped that the people who will be the future leaders of Indonesia will deepen their understanding and interests in Japan from various angles and will actively share their experiences when visiting Japan and the attractiveness of Japan.
The JENESYS2019 is an exchange programme for the youths of Japan and ASEAN supported by the Government of Japan through the Japan-ASEAN Integration Fund (JAIF).
