JENESYS2019 Japan Exchange Program for Promoting Understanding of Japan (4th Batch) (Country: Myanmar, Theme: Film/Art)
From October 8 (Tuesday) to October 16 (Wednesday), 11 youths (men and women) who are interested in movies and art will visit Japan from Myanmar.
The group plans to participate in the Yamagata International Documentary Film Festival in addition to visiting movies and arts-related facilities, visiting the Tokyo University of the Arts, as a program with the theme of “film and art.” In addition, at the workshop and debriefing session before returning home, they will create an action plan after returning home and share and deepen knowledge among the participants.
Through this program, it is expected that the young people who will lead the future ofMyanmar will deepen their knowledge according to the theme, deepen their understanding and interest in Japanese culture, and become an active transmitter ofJapan’s charm after returning to Japan.
The JENESYS2019 is an exchange programme for the youths of Japan and ASEAN.
