Congratulations to the People’s Television Network (PTV) of the Philippines, one of the participating broadcasters of the ASEAN Spotlight TV project, for receiving awards today from the AnakTV Foundation. The awards were given in recognition of PTV’s child-friendly programmes including an episode on the promotion of children’s rights in ASEAN produced under the Spotlight Project.

The Spotlight Project’s Coordinating Consultant, David Astley and an ASEAN Secretariat staff joined PTV’s Spotlight Project Coordinator, Ms. Elenita Directo in receiving the award in Manila. The ASEAN Spotlight TV project is funded by the Government of Japan through Japan-ASEAN Integration Fund (JAIF).
