It's been a great experience for Nova Eloiza Ybañez, the AHA Centre Executive (ACE) Programme Batch 7 participant from the Philippines, to learn and understand more the vision of One ASEAN One Response through the programme. She also believes that the programme will help her in developing her career as a disaster-management professional.
