In the spirit of One ASEAN One Response, the AHA Centre mobilised ASEAN relief items to alleviate the suffering of communities affected by Tropical Cyclones Bualoi and Matmo in Viet Nam.

Supported by the Government of Japan through the Japan-ASEAN Integration Fund (JAIF), the relief items comprised 1,720 family kits, 2,000 personal hygiene kits, and 3,176 kitchen sets.

The relief items were mobilised in two batches via commercial flights on 15 and 16 October 2025 from the Disaster Emergency Logistics System for ASEAN (DELSA) Regional Warehouse in Subang, Malaysia, and were received and distributed to the affected communities during the disaster response led by the Viet Nam Disaster and Dyke Management Authority (VDDMA).
