The ASEAN Coordinating Centre for Humanitarian Assistance on disaster management (the AHA Centre) had the pleasure of welcoming H.E. Ambassador KIYA Masahiko from the Mission of Japan to ASEAN during his courtesy visit on 14 December 2022. The Government of Japan is one of AHA Centre's biggest partners, supporting various initiatives through the Japan-ASEAN Integration Fund (JAIF). These include the Disaster Emergency Logistics System for ASEAN (DELSA), the AHA Centre Executive (ACE) Programme, enhancing the capacity building of ASEAN-ERAT, and the enhancement of AHA Centre's ICT operational capacity.
