The 6th Project Steering Committee (PSC) Meeting of the Disaster Emergency Logistics System for ASEAN (DELSA) Phase IV Project was held on 12 March 2026 in Metro Manila, the Philippines.

Hosted by the Office of Civil Defense Philippines, the meeting reviewed progress across key project outcomes, including development of the ASEAN Emergency Telecommunications Network (ETN), Supply Chain Management Systems, and replenishment of regional DELSA stockpiles, before concluding with a visit to the DELSA Satellite Warehouse in Camp Aguinaldo and the Office of Civil Defense.

The DELSA Phase IV Project is supported by the Government of Japan through the Japan-ASEAN Integration Fund (JAIF).
