Road to the 7th Session of The Global Platform for Disaster Risk Reduction 2022
In times of disaster, the ASEAN Coordinating Centre for Humanitarian Assistance on disaster management (AHA Centre) mobilises resources, including stockpiled relief items, to ASEAN countries facing post-disaster emergency situations.

The Establishment of a Disaster Emergency Logistic System for ASEAN (DELSA) – Phase II: Satellite Warehouse project which is currently underway is supported by the Government of Japan through the Japan-ASEAN Integration Fund. By establishing satellite warehouses and pre-positioning stockpile in strategic locations such as in Thailand, Malaysia and the Philippines, ASEAN will significantly improve response time to mobilise the resources to ASEAN countries.
