JENESYS2019

Following the conclusion of JENESYS2018, the Government of Japan made a total contribution of approximately USD 7,600,000 to support the implementation of JENESYS2019. As many as 1,088 participants from 10 ASEAN Member States, Japan, and Timor Leste joined the JENESYS2019 programme activities which were held from July 2019 to February 2020. The programme helped to promote mutual trust and understanding among the peoples of Japan and the Asia-Pacific region and to build a basis for continued friendship and cooperation. This component was closed in February 2021.
