JMT Attends the Closing Ceremony of ASEAN-IPR Training: Enhancing the Role of Youth in Peacebuilding

JMT attended the closing ceremony of ASEAN-IPR Training: Enhancing the Role of Youth in Peacebuilding, held in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Representatives of the ASEAN-IPR Governing Council, Advisory Board, Missions to ASEAN, ASEAN-IPR Secretariat, Consultants, Youth Experts and Trainers, the Mission of Japan to ASEAN, JAIF Management Team, and participants attended.

The Ambassador of Japan to ASEAN, KIYA Masahiko, highlighted the importance of such programmes in fostering regional stability and development. He also shared Japan’s ongoing efforts and collaborations in promoting Youth, Peace, and Security (YPS), encouraging continued partnership and support with ASEAN and beyond.
