The AHA Centre Mobilised the 1st Batch of the ASEAN Relief Items from DELSA Satellite Warehouse in Chai Nat to Nonthaburi Province, Thailand

Facilitated by the Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation (DDPM) Thailand, the AHA Centre mobilised the first batch of the ASEAN relief items, comprised of 500 personal hygiene kits, from DELSA Satellite Warehouse in Chai Nat, Thailand to Nonthaburi Province, Thailand in response to new outbreak of COVID-19.

Supported by the Japan-ASEAN Integration Fund (JAIF), the relief items were mobilised to support the operation of the field hospitals that are now being set up by the Government of Thailand to take care of more than 4,000 people in the province. This mobilisation represents the tangible solidarity of the ASEAN countries during this challenging situation in the spirit of One ASEAN One Response.
