The Kick-off of the Project on Support for Capacity Building of the Greater Mekong Sub-region University Consortium (GMS-UC) and the 1st Rectors Forum

The Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organisation Regional Centre for Higher Education and Development (SEAMEO RIHED) organised the kick-off of the project “Support for Capacity Building of the Greater Mekong Sub-region University Consortium (GMS-UC)” and the 1st Rectors Forum at the Sukosol Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand. This is the first activity of the project being implemented by SEAMEO RIHED in collaboration with the ASEAN Secretariat and with support from the Japan-ASEAN Integration Fund (JAIF). The project aims to enhance capacities of selected universities of the GMS-UC across areas of management and leadership, teaching and research, and internationalisation and cross-border education.
